Downtime info

Hello everyone, we are almost ready for the launch of our new site, for those of you who are wondering why WPBOARD.Com stay almost all November offline there is many reasons. First of all i have moved the site to new server, new design was created and was tested for many days to be sure that everything works perfectly, shop and forum was also integrated in new design. The biggest problem was the WPB-PayPal 2 which is available now. There was many unexpected things and many very important details which was needed to be done. As all of you know this plugin is in e-Commerce application list and this is the reason why we can not do any mistake in the code for your security.

I hope you understand everything, this site is running by one person only, me. And it is very difficult to support WPBOARD as it keep growing very fast (thing I didnt expect to be honest but I am happy with the progress).

Finally I want to say one BIG “THANK YOU” to everyone who support WPBOARD.Com, and want to apologize for the problems we had on last few weeks.

Sincerely,
Sergios Singeridis
WPBOARD.Com Owner

hi,

Thanks for the great plugin WP PayPal rocks.

There are some things that I do need fixed and or capabilities added.

1) I need to be able to edit the text on the subscribe page to have my own into message and key benifits for subscribing. Currently it just lists the pay pal buttons and says subscribe or else! ;) i also need a link back to the main blog that is easily recognizable in case they decide not to subscribe.

2) The Hidden pages plugin makes the page dissapear for anyone who is not a subscriber. So when they click on a page all they get is a blank white screen. It would be much better if you could have a message such as “This page is for paying subscribers only. Please click here to upgrade your account. (With a link to the subscriptions page)

3) The Hide Posts plugin simply makes the posts not visible for people below a certain level. What I would like is the option to either hide the post completely OR Offer a teaser bit of content with a “Click here for more” link that takes them to the subscription sign up page if they are currently not a subscriber - or if they are, then it takes them to the content “single.php” page.

4) Categories (see Hide posts above) same thing.

Thanks!
